Our Sustainable Model

We are really committed to the environment, all our processes are constantly in search of best practices to be more efficient and produce our products with minimal environmental damage. If you want to know more about our processes, here we explain much of what we do… For those who know that the key to success is order: comprehensive sustainable solutions for organization, logistics and exhibition.

Every day more and more brands are joining this beautiful circularity project. We long for the day when all our customers will be part of this section and all of them will return their products to us to give them a second chance and reduce the environmental impact to the lowest point we can reach. We proudly present the brands that have joined us and invite those that have not yet done so to participate.
We have been in the process of changing from a linear economy to a circular economy for several years, it has been a long process and it has not been easy but today we can proudly say that approximately 30% of our products are manufactured with 100% recovered material and that most of them return to our facilities at the end of their useful life to become fully functional products again.
functional products again. We have two options: one for recovered raw material and the other for recovered product, we are going to explain them separately:

Recovered Raw Material

Recovered
Products

Recovered Products

This option consists of collecting and buying the products that our customers are taking out of circulation, we look for and recover the deteriorated hooks, we let them gather and store them until we obtain a good quantity to optimize the transport, it is at that moment when we collect the material to submit it to the recovery process. Already with the deteriorated products in our facilities we proceed to make a separation and selection of materials, then we grind them and we re-inject the obtained material to produce new products.

Did you know that our products are NOT single-use items?
they can be used indefinitely if they are well cared for, even if they somehow break, they can be reprocessed and can be turned into new products as many times as necessary.

Our water-based cooling system is a closed cycle that reuses the precious liquid permanently, the waste due to temperature changes is minimal thanks to technology and investment in state-of-the-art equipment specially designed to save water. We have chillers that level and regulate the temperature of the water to prevent it from evaporating, we also use automatic shut-off taps to prevent waste and we implement an immediate leak reporting plan to identify leaks in the shortest possible time and correct them.
Investing in “green energy” means contributing to increasing the percentage of energy produced sustainably, because the income obtained from the commercialization of the attribute of “Green Energy” is reinvested to allow the development of new energy generation projects. renewable energy, and thus create a virtuous circle, by developing environmentally friendly products or services that give value to customers, and minimize adverse environmental and/or social impacts. Additionally, by purchasing “Green Energy” companies in general can report the emissions associated with electricity consumption as energy with a zero emission factor in their annual Greenhouse Gas (GHG) inventory or carbon footprint. We tend to confuse renewable energy with green energy, and the difference is that all green energy is renewable, but not all renewable energy is green. When we talk about green energy we are referring to infinite resources from non-polluting and environmentally friendly sources.

All the materials we use in our injection molding process are 100% recyclable, all our polymers can be reprocessed indefinitely. Of the 150 tons that we process on average monthly, 45 tons are recycled and/or recovered material, this is equivalent to 30% of the total raw material used for production, a figure that we increase year after year with the hope of reaching no very far from all raw materials being recycled.
Our contribution begins with the packaging of the boxes. We eliminate tape and strapping in our packaging system, using only recycled cardboard and a water-soluble glue so as not to hinder the recovery process. We have significantly reduced the use of paper by digitizing and systematizing a large part of the logistics operation. We have zoned our customers and our delivery routes are much more efficient than before, reducing fuel consumption, CO2 emissions and therefore our carbon footprint. We work with companies in charge of delivering our products in the shortest possible time, but without neglecting the guidelines and measures that allow a measurable and real reduction of greenhouse gases.

All our waste is properly separated and most of it is reused.

Plastic waste: All surplus from our process is reused again in the same process; For example, material left in injector nozzles and injection channels is crushed and re-injected into new products.

Metal waste: In our mold area, steel plates from old molds are reused again. The leftover material called “slime” from different types of metals, as well as screws in poor condition, are separated and delivered to a company that melts them and reuses them.

Oils and hazardous waste: Some of our machines run on oil. When this oil loses viscosity, it is stored and delivered to a company that uses it in the production process of alternative fuels for boilers, furnaces and burners.

All the cardboard and, in general, the packaging in which the raw materials are delivered to us is separated and selected for correct disposal by companies specialized in the recovery and recycling of cardboard, paper and plastic bags. Pallet wood in poor condition is also stored and delivered to a company that uses these resources in various ways.
